Mkukuta stands for "Mkakati wa Kukuza Uchumi na Kupunguza Umaskini


Tanzania," which translates to "The National Strategy for Growth and
Reduction of Poverty" in English. It is Tanzania's long-term development plan
aimed at achieving sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction.
Here are ten key objectives of Mkukuta:

1. Economic growth: Promoting sustained and inclusive economic


growth to improve living standards and reduce poverty levels.
2. Employment creation: Enhancing job opportunities and reducing
unemployment rates, particularly for youth and vulnerable groups.
3. Quality education: Ensuring access to quality education at all levels,
