MANIFESTATION

ACCUSED, COCO MARTEE through the undersigned counsel, and unto

this Honorable Court, most respectfully manifests THAT:

1. On 20 August 2019, the Honorable Court, considering that there is a

possible settlement between the parties as to the civil aspect of this case,
reset the Pre-Trial of the same on 19 October 2019;

2. The parents of the accused, together with the private complainant,

conferred with the undersigned counsel that the civil aspect of the same
was already settled;

3. Both parties manifested their utmost intentions that the Pre-Trial of this
case be set to an earlier date or on 06 September 2019. The undersigned
advised the private complainant to also confer with the Public Prosecutor
prior to such date; and

4. To ensure the conformity of the private complainant, the accused are

requesting that the notice for such setting, if granted, be served personally
by the process server of the Honorable Court. Accused are willing to pay
for the fees which will be incurred for the same.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed unto

this Honorable Court that this Manifestation be NOTED and that the Pre-Trial
of this case be set to an earlier date or on 01 September 2019.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.
