My name is Chan Wei Liang and I am part of the organizing committee for the HalloNight Fest. This
project is fully organized by the students of DHM2101, Event Management of August 2023
Semester.

We are currently organising a Halloween Festival called HalloNight Fest

For your information, this project is also part of the assessment for Event Management subject
and it is graded base on our productivity and the outcome of the project. We are proud to inform
you that it is 100% managed by students with the supervision from our subject lecturer, Ms.
Virgillia Lee Freddy. This project also has no funding and relies entirely on personal and self-
funding to cover all the costs. Details of the project are as follows:

Date & Day – 30th October 2023, 10am – 4pm

31th October 2023, 4pm – 10pm
Venue – Inti Subang International College, Plaza Basketball Court
Theme – Halloween Festival

The reason that I am writing this email is to seek your kind contribution in sponsoring us either in
terms of cash, voucher OR merchandise / product support. We plan to use this sponsorship for
the following:

a) Funding for the event

b) Competitor’s Gifts and Prize
c) Any Product/ Merchandise that can be supported

If the company is willing to provide additional or more sponsorship other than the above, we can
offer a high tier listing of sponsorship so that the participants and on-lookers would know of the
company’s generosity and spread brand recognition.

Kindly find enclosed; a formal letter request for the sponsorship. We are hoping to receive a
