    Dear Maam/Sir:

    In line with the DepEd Order 021, s. 2023 known as the Institutionalization of the 2023 Brigada
    Eskwela Implementing Guidelines, San Alejandro Integrated School would like to invite you to
    attend the opening program of Brigada Eskwela 2023 School Kick-Off Ceremony on August 15,
    8:00 in the morning and be involved to the whole duration of the said program until August 19,
    2023.

    Among the activities that will help beautify the school and make it be ready for the opening of
    classes are:

    1. cleaning of the school grounds


    2. painting of school walls
    3. cleaning of classrooms and office
    4. pruning/trimming of trees around the school
    5. watering of plants
    6. sorting papers and garbages
    7. fixing of garbage disposal
    8. renovating broken school ceilings
    9. repair of dilapidated chairs
    10. varnishing students’ chairs and tables

    It is also humbly proposed that we specifically need cleaning materials, garden tools, and
    ornamental plants, you may bring any of the tools and materials mentioned.
