1. L.t Distribution Switchboards -

LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and
distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards.

2. distribution Pillars/service Cabinets -

A feeder pillar, also known as a power box, a distribution pillar, or a feeder pillar box, is a container
that is used to house electrical equipment's. It acts as a central course that controls and distributes
electricity to outgoing circuits.

3. House Service Cutouts, SP, SPN, TPN -

The cutouts are designed for 60/80/100A rating complying with BS 7657:1993 and ESI 12-10.
General Construction. The Cutout Housing is of DMC with a quality finish from modern moulding
tools to ensure accuracy in the various parts for interchangeability.
4. Heavy Duty Cutouts-

WT Henley Heavy Duty Cut Outs are designed to allow BS 88 'J' type fuse-links suitable for low
voltage cable termination of stranded or solid, copper or aluminium conductors from 95 –
300sqmm. The heavy duty cut outs are manufactured from GRP that is flame retardant and has
good electrical insulating properties.

5. Pole Mounted Cutouts -

Typically used in rural environments, the pole mounted cut outs (also known as PMC400) can be
used to provide an open point in the ring circuit. Lucy PMC400 are capable of terminating up to
185sqmm copper and aluminium conductor cables and providing reliable low voltage power supply
to rural and remote dwellings.

6. Pole Mounting Din Type Fuse Switch Disconnectors -

A Fused Switch Disconnector is the combination of two devices - these being a disconnector
and a load switch. Fused Switch Disconnectors are designed to provide a safety isolation
function and at the same time be able to make and break nominal currents.

7. Vertical Fuse Switch Disconnectors And Fuse Rails -

A fused disconnect switch is a combination of a switch to disconnect the circuit and a fuse to
shut the circuit off in the event of a problem. When installing or maintaining equipment on the
circuit, or the circuit itself, the switch provides a method to manually shut off the power.

8. Bs Type Vertical Fuse Ways Upto 630a -

BS1361 Consumer Unit Fuses. BS 1361 is the British Standard number for HRC cartridge fuse
links in household consumer units and similar applications. BS1361 type 1 fuses are used in
older
household consumer units (fuse-box).

9. Bs & Din Type Fuse Holders

Physical Size: DIN type HRC fuses are typically smaller than BS-type HRC fuses. This is
because DIN fuses are designed to fit into smaller enclosures and control panels. Rated Current:
DIN type HRC fuses have lower rated currents than BS-type HRC fuses.
10. Din Type Single Pole Fuse Bases-

DIN fuses are used to protect electrical installations and equipment, including conductors.
Our DIN fuses include industrial and low voltage fuses. We supply a variety of DIN fuses suitable
for a range of applications, from manufacturers including Siba and Socomec.

11. 11-36 Kv 100a Expulsion Fuse Cutouts-

A power or expulsion fuse is a fuse that vents exhaust gases during the interruption
process. These fuses are often called boric-acid fuses, and the fuse uses boric acid for
interruption.

12. 11-36 Kv Air Break Switches In 200,400&630a*-

For 11 kV A.B. Switch, there shall be three 11 kV Polymeric Insulator having 320 CD mounted
on 75 X 40 mm M.S. Channels per phase. The channel support shall be mounted on a steel
frame made of two channel supports

13. 11-36 Kvsurge Arrestors*-

Generally, for solidly earthed systems, the best surge arrester for 33kV is the 27kV MCOV rating
and for the 11kV networks it will be the 9kV MCOV rating. This product provides the highest level
of protection for medium-voltage networks and can be used in many applications where other
ratings may not be suitable.

14. 11-36 Kv Composite Insulators*-

Shank diameter is 20 mm for 11 KV Pin Insulator & 24 mm for 33 KV Pin Insulator. Minimum
Collar diameter should be 40 mm and its minimum thickness should be of 5 mm.
15. 11-36 Kvindoor/outdoor Vcb Panels-

Tricolite 11 KV VCB panels are 3 phase systems with the maximum temperature rise rated at
40°C over Ambient 45°C. The peak insulation level of 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel is
rated at 28 KV RMS/75 KV.

OVERVIEW

The company is engaged in the manufacturing of electrical equipment's such as

control panels, switch gears, wires and cables etc.

Electrical switchgear refers to a centralized collection of circuit breakers, fuses and

switches (circuit protection devices) that function to protect, control and isolate
electrical equipment. The circuit protection devices are mounted in metal structures.

Apart from switching on and off electricity supply, switchgear must also control power to the
load, detect overload conditions and have features to automatically trip, such as circuit
breakers. This protects the equipment that consumes power and it also keeps cables and
switchgear protected.

here are three basic functions of switchgear power systems: electrical protection, electrical
isolation, and control. Switchgear power systems are the combination of electrical
disconnects that serve the function of isolating electrical equipment. The electrical disconnects
can either be fuses or circuit breakers.
