Design Matrix has always described itself as a right and left brain
active lighting design studio. Established in an era when architectural
lighting - as a discipline - was still in its infancy in India, and when the
only lighting designers were either working in theatre or the film
industry, Design Matrix helped to pioneer lighting design in this field.

Today we have a portfolio of nearly two hundred completed and

on-going projects worldwide; we are head-quartered in New Delhi,
with offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Sydney; we are into our sixth
year of ISO 9001:2008 (now 2015) certification. and, have charted into
new domains of immersive light art installations as well as product &
industrial design

role & Work within a team for a project's lighting design through its lifecycle
responsibilities including the following:
Assist in obtaining briefing from client / lead design team; develop an
understanding of space and project; assist in building a concept
design presentation through sketches, renderings, budget forecast etc.
Develop lighting layouts, details and establish control strategies
Assist in development of simulations, sampling of products, mockups,
coordination with vendors and other project stakeholders
Participate in personal, team and office development
