I am currently a Senior Civil Engineer of Vestas Wind Technology

Vietnam LLC. I have 10 years of construction supervision and
management expertise. Do has worked on wind farm project (Wind
Farm intertidal EPC project), marine piling projects, and foundation
construction projects in Vietnam and Singapore. I'm proud of my
attention to detail and ability project management. I can work quickly and
efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality. My roles and
experiences have strengthened my capabilities in wind farm foundation, high-rise
and industrial building, and infrastructure project, and soil improvement.

Main duties:
- Direct involvement and site management for designing and building of nearshore
12x4.2MW Wind turbine. Involvement in marine infrastructure and land works.
Multidisciplinary engineering and construction work.
- Foundations, super structures and components were completed with towers,
nacelle, hub, blades and accessories, 4000m Link Bridge, Link Road Works, 10
nos. OHTL Foundations and Towers, 19500 m Cable laying works for 22kv
system.
- Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Take Over for Turbines
and
Operating Handover.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Review of civil and structural design drawings and documentation against
contractual obligations, industry standards, safety compliance and best practice
• Ensuring compliance with scope requirements, making sure all assigned works
are completed on time and within budgetary limitations.
• Ensuring civil deliverables required to be submitted by Vestas to its customer is
provided in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Coordinating design interfaces with Site Electrical Engineer and other
discipline leads, coordinate Safety in Design Reviews. Review of plant and
material selection.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical queries,
variation and payment claims are assessed in a timely,
• Attending site and progress meetings to assist with expert knowledge in these
areas
• Monitoring BOP progress and contribute to deriving solutions or mitigation
measures should delays be incurred.

Main Duties:
- Managing and supervising the marine piling works for Contract Package F –
Ports of Long Son Petrochemical Complex Project, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province,
Vietnam
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all document submission on site, complying with decrees,
decisions, circulars of local authorities.
• Be in charge of proposing and submitting the construction method statement for
main contractor’s approval.
• Responsible for planning site activities in detail, directing the team to complete
the works on schedule and ensure the site safety.
• Controlling and directing team and sub-contractors to ensure conformity with
QA/QC specifications, client requirements, HSSE and working progress.
• Be in charge of arranging vessel routes in compliance with Regulations of Local
Authorities Marine Safety Plan, coordinating with other contractors, as well as all
relevant parties to facilitate the works
• Settling all legal procedures such as Vessels, Foreigners permission to work in
Vietnam, material imports, which related to Marine Agency, Local Port Authority,
Customs, Immigration Department, etc.,
• Supporting QS for monthly Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) submission to
maincontractor and certifying the completed works of subcontractors
• Planning the piling sequence and construction schedule, reporting all site
performance to the appointed seniors
• Representing the company at on-site meetings to settle the problems
