offshore locations for carrying out Audit/ Incident investigation.

2. I am willing to undergo mandatory training like HUET, SAS for visiting offshore

installations.

3. I shall maintain valid Passport throughout my tenure at OISD if selected, for visiting

offshore locations.

4. I am willing to sign Code of Ethics made by OISD for its employees.
