The COP28simulation is a global

youth-led climate conference bringing

enthusiastic students from universities
around the world to voice their hopes
and provide real solutions
for climate action.

Participants from all around the globe

unite their voices, simulate real
COP28 chief negotiators,
country delegates, and representatives of
international climate stakeholders.

During COP28simulation, participants

attend an online capacity building
programme on climate literacy, youth
role in climate action, debate, and
conflict resolution. All participants will be
funded for the three-day mock COP28
conference in the UAE early November.

TOP participants are eligible for a

potential opportunity to attend COP28 at
Dubai Expo City- December 2023
