Job Summary:
As the HR manager, you will manage all employee-related issues and also have to
manage activities like job design, recruitment, adding posts for the job,
conducting interviews, and monitoring staff's everyday routine. Efficiently solving
any conflicts between employees. Reporting to the senior HR manager every
week.

Senior HR Manager
Working Condition:
The position may require some off-site visits for training and recruitment
purposes. The position may also require some traveling outside the city for
research purposes.
Job Duties:
1. Managing job recruitment and selection process.
2. Keeping an eye on the staff’s everyday performance.
3. Maintaining the attendance record of every employee and calculating their
payroll by the end of every month.
4. Motivating the employees by judging their performance according to the
company’s preset requirements.
5. Keeping a cross-check on junior Managers’ performance.
6. Conducting the training.
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
8. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
9. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
10.Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
11.Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Machines To Be Used:
• Standard office equipment like a laptop computer, multi-line phone, copier,
projector.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
and HR management software.
HAZARDS:
HR managers' work is office-based so the challenges that can be faced are
ergonomic hazards, and sensitive employee issues that can be challenging to
handle and can affect emotionally. As the company is growing so lack of some
equipment can also be faced and overtime can be demanded as per need.
