1. Background:
As organization’s project maturity evolves, it is necessary to take advantage of industry best practices and
continually enhance and optimize its processes and governance.
Portfolio Management is identified as a good practice in selecting, prioritizing, and controlling an
organization’s projects and programs in accordance with its strategic goals and delivery capabilities
especially within a Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) setting.
2. Objective:
The Portfolio Management (PfMP) Certification training will support the PMO in efficiently handling the
different aspects of a project/program investment such as strategic delivery, governance, healthy
performance at an organizational level and provide the right level of intervention and expertise.
3. Scope of work:
The scope of work is as defined below:
The course syllabus will include the core modules of Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) while
blending PHCC’s core and technical competencies in a practical approach during delivery of the training.

5. Trainer Requirements:
• Highly specialized and qualified trainer (10+ years’ experience)
• Trainer/coaching expert to have demonstrated learning and development in delivering
portfolio management training
• In depth awareness of corporate-wide perspective relating to Portfolio management and its
implementation
• Professional Training certified (i.e.,PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 etc).
• Background and/or good understanding of health care sector and/or other sectors and
industries, desirable
• Provide pricing for Classroom Training (in-person and training venue to cover catering costs
for breakfast/lunch etc.)
• Option 1: Full training cost including study materials, books, with Exam Registration
• Option 2: Full training cost including study materials, books, without Exam Registration
Note. It is worth noting that they are no expectation by PHCC for any separate/additional costs or
services other than this training quotation/requirement. Any additional costs not covered above will
need to be included by the vendor to ensure that the training is all-inclusive and delivered successfully
from start to end.
