I am participating in the race on my own personal responsibility, having done all the necessary medical
examinations and cardiac check-ups.
I accept responsibility for any injury that could be caused during the race, before or after the race
I, as well as my heirs, waive any claim against the organizers, sponsors, volunteers and anyone else
involved in any way in the conduct of the race and I accept unconditionally that the above persons are
not legally or civilly liable for any damage or injury from any cause (action, inaction or negligence of
certain persons) during the race or immediately after its end
PERSONAL DATA - LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OF THE ORGANISATION:
My personal data have been provided to the organization for communication purposes and to inform me
about the races and events that it holds, as well as for operational and promotional purposes, for
example, indicatively, we will mention for the assignment and issue of my participation number and my
timekeeping, the issue of the start lists and results , the publication and provision of personalized or non-
personalized photos and videos, the electronic or printed issue and distribution of participation and
performance certificates at the passes, etc.
I consent to the free use of my name, voice and image by all media and sponsors.
In case that the race does not take place for reasons of force majeure, including adverse weather
conditions, the organizer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, positive and consequential damages.
In case of force majeure, the organizer may, if possible, set a new date for the race.

Depending on the needs, the organizer may add or remove text and conditions to the applicable rules and
regulations.
