MINUTES OF MEETING

The meeting was held at Supervisor’s Office on September 29, 2022, and started
at 9:15 in the morning.

School Heads present: All elementary and Secondary School Heads

School Head absent:

• NONE

14 school head members were present, representing a quorum.

1. Call to Order

Public Schools District Supervisor, Luciano Ever C. Calumno, called the meeting
to order at 9:15 a.m.

2. Roll call

Attendance was checked by Mam Melody B. Delos Reyes, SHIGO.

3. Approval of Agenda

Assistant School Principal, Melody B. Delos Reyes distributed the agenda which
had been presented via memo in the school head's group chat ahead of time.

14 school heads were in favor of the agenda.

5. Discussion

Sir Luciano Ever C. Calumno, Public Schools District Supervisor, stated that the
meeting’s purpose was to discuss the new enhance parameters outlined in DepEd
Memorandum No. 665, s. 2022.

Mam Melody B. Delos Reyes, the School Head In-Charge of Governance, requested
the final enrolment of each school to verify the data encoded in the online link sent via group
chat of school heads. As depicted in the template, some schools have an excess of
teachers, while other schools both in elementary and secondary, are lacking in teachers.
However, before announcing the names of schools with excess and shortage she said that
she will first present some Deped Memo and Deped order for the school heads to be guided
and enlightened.

She read, explained, and clarified the entire content of Deped Memo No. 291, s.
2008, Deped Memo No. 614, s. 2021, Deped Order no. 22, s. 2013 and the Deped Memo
no. 665, s. 2020 which is the Enhanced Planning Parameters. She reiterated that all school
heads must follow all of the aforementioned memos and Deped Orders to stay on track
and be protected when declaring excess teachers in their schools so that future problems
are avoided.

Sir Luciano Ever C. Calumno, asked school heads to hold a consultation meeting
with the teachers concerned and discussed and explained to them all the Memos and Deped
Orders to be considered to avoid misunderstanding.

Mam Melody B. Delos Reyes also emphasizes the important documents that must
be submitted to the division office by October 17, 2022. These documents include the minutes
of the meeting, a mapping declaration, and a declaration of excess by the school heads.

6. Agreement.

All of the concerned school heads with excess teachers agreed to hold a consultation
meeting with the teacher concerned. After consultation, they will issue a justification for the
declaration of excess teachers.

It is also agreed that since there are only four (4) teachers excess in the District of
Buenavista II, those 4 teachers will be deployed to Siain ES, San Diego ES, Villa Aurora ES,
and Villa Magsaysay ES.

7. Adjournment:

The meeting adjourned at 11:30 in the morning.
