Expectations for the Activity:
Execution of Agendas would be carried out flawlessly and lead to the impeccable
resolution of all issues in a systematic manner.

General Objective: To ensure that all Agendas are created with the intention of
benefiting every member,and to uphold a high level of transparency.
Specific Objectives:
• - Monthly evaluation and financial report
• - Active B.O.D and G.A Meeting
• - Monthly follow up of monthly dues.

Agenda:
1. Board Resolution
The board of directors of the coconut farmers organization convene to propose a resolution
for the accreditation of the organization to the sangguniang bayan.consequently,the board of
directors unanimously reach an agreement.

2. Monthly dues / Membership

The proposal put forth by the board of directors involves the payment of monthly due of 20
pesos to all members of the organization, with the funds being added to the organization
existing fund.this proposition has been unanimously approved by the board of directors.

3. BIR Filling
The consensus among the board of directors was that the BIR filing would be submitted in
the year 2024.

4.Financial Report
Mrs.Analyn Subaan,Treasurer of TCFO, Presented the financial report along with the
supporting documentation to the entire board of directors.
