The Performance Task

For Modular Learners:


“Escape life for a little while” is a simple slogan that encourages you to see the
world from the traveler's point of view. Amidst the pandemic, have fun putting
yourself in the life of a royalty. Enjoy the activity learners!

GOAL: Your goal is to complete the graphic organizer which is a visual and graphic
display that depicts the relationship between facts, terms, and or ideas within a
learning task. In the first column, paste at least four (4) pictures of the natural
resources. Identify each and explain ways of using these resources sustainably
(Science). In the second column, identify the tools you used in your travel. Give at
least 1-2 tips on how to maintain its functionality (TLE). In the third column, list
down three (3) reasons of Europeans coming to the Philippines and cite the effects of
it (AP). In the fourth column, magbigay ng sariling pananaw sa motibo ng may-akda
sa binasang sitwasyon (Filipino). In the fifth column, list the countries that are
located at 25.0376ºN latitude and 76.4563ºE longitude (Math). In the sixth column,
name and distinguish at least two (2) features of academic writing suited in the
situations given (English). In the seventh column, perform basic warm-up exercises
such as jog in place, jumping jack and stretching. Do it yourself with your family
members. Record your pulse rate by counting the beats in one minute using a timer
before and after the exercises (PE). In the last column, make use of the following

AUDIENCE: Your clients are your family members and the wider general public of the
community.

SITUATION: Presuming you are a prince or a princess who loves to travel to acquire
knowledge, skills and experiences that will mold you into becoming a wise king or
queen fitted for the throne. To reach your destination, you need to locate the place by
knowing the coordinate system through identifying its latitude and longitude and
survey the conditions of its natural resources. While traveling, observe how people
use and manage their tools and equipment and how they stay physically fit and
healthy. Then, as a traveler, try to discover the reasons for their coming to other
countries like the European to Southeast Asia or Philippines and what is the impact
of their presence or colonization.

Furthermore, do not forget to meet people with vision and mission in life, with sound
decision making in order to attain the right direction in life and people who know
how to face and solve real- life problems statistically. Finally, after visiting various
places, be grateful for the opportunity of exploring the amazing world God created for
you.
