    Sub: Acceptance to proceed with conciliation.

    I Mr. Subin the Manager of State Bank of India hereby declare that we
    would represent ourselves in the conciliation proceeding to be held on
    3rd August 2023, as we would like to settle the dispute amicably and as
    quickly as possible in order to come to solution that favors both sides .
    We also accept for the conciliation proceedings to be held in the
    Bangalore Arbitration and Conciliation Center.

    Since we are also not willing to spend any more of our time and drag
    this matter further, we accept this invitation for conciliation on the said
    date.
