Following are the documents required for a general shipment.

1. INVOICE
2. BILL OF LOADING
3. PACKING LIST
4. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
5. PHYTO CERTIFICATE
6. FUMIGATION CERTIFICATE
 Terms And Conditions.

The Shipment Will be Carried out by following the below mentioned procedures

Exporter will start packing/loading and will keep us updated with regular pictures and videos of an processes,
Exporter will send scanned copies of all Shipping documents to avoid any later confusion.
As soon as Vessel leaves country of origin and supplier gets Original Bill of Lading, Export will either
surrender Bill of lading or send Original Bill of Lading to our office to our office by Courier/Representative so
that we can collect paper of delivery order from shipping line.
Seaway Bill of lading scanned copy is also considered as equivalent to Original Bill of Lading or
Telex/Surrendered Bill of Lading.
Exporter is bound to make all Original Shipments available to us on time.
Then whenever Vessel arrives Jebel Ali Port and container is discharged then we will clear the container from
Dubai customs at Jebel Ali Port. / Or Dubai Airport
We will check the total Quantity and provide live updated to exporter ensuring Long term business. Exporter
will ensure the on-time shipment and case of any delay will request an extension letter from us.
 Payment terms 95% Against Original Documents & 5% Within Two Days After Clearance Custom
Inspection.

Payment as per Order days after the Bill of lading.
