write a report about the defects of some faulty electrical equipment in your factory

TROUBLE/INCIDENT/ACCIDENT REPORT OF SOME FAULTY
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN FACTORY

1. Project Name-Work Item:

-Check factory equipment
2. Trouble Notification:
-Time of trouble happened: 3 p.m yesterday
-Location: Factory F2
3.Trouble/Incident/Accident Description:
First, I checked the water pipe. I found that it was leaked. After that, I checked the
water vales and it was in good condition. Then I examined the pump and it worked
without incident as well. Next, I checked the flow sensor and found that it was dirty
and corroded. Finally, I tested the sensor meter and it was corroded.
4. Causes:
-The water pipe: because of being bent
-The flow sensor: because it exposed to dust and mud
-The sensor meter: because it was used for too long
5. Action/trouble solving:
I installed a new PCV pipe inserted. Then I cleaned the flow sensor. Next, I had to
replace a new the sensor meter
6.Remcomendation/Remark:
These equipments need to be checked and protect regularly.
