    Subject: REMINDER TO WEAR MEDICAL ATTIRE and ID AT ALL TIMES DURING


    DUTY HOURS

    As you are aware, all doctors, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, and x-ray
    technicians are required to wear medical attire, specifically a WHITE
    OVERCOAT, when on duty. You are reminded to wear the White coat while on
    duty once more.

    Nurses are urged to wear a COMPLETE WHITE UNIFORM, including white shoes
    and hair tied back at least every WEDNESDAY.

    If you are found to be in violation of this rule, the Elixir Medical Center and its
    management have the ability to take disciplinary action against you.

    Your cooperation and abiding by the rules are important.
