SWORN AFFIDAVIT

I, ALFIE Q. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at No.
140 Kasaganaan Street, Marulas, Valenzuela City, do hereby certify under oath, that:

1. I was appointed as the true and lawful attorney-in-fact of Sharon Faith Q. Santos by virtue
of a Special Power of Attorney dated December 9, 2022 (hereinafter, “SPA”);

2. By virtue of the said SPA, I was duly authorized to administer and exercise control and
supervision in, including the sale of, any and all of the properties, real and personal,
belonging to Sharon Faith Q. Santos, as well as to receive the proceeds thereof, accept
payments, and execute and deliver the documents in relation to such sale, among others;

3. The SPA granted me full power and authority to sell and accept payments for property
owned by Sharon Faith Q. Santos, specifically, the parcel of land located in Guyong, Sta.
Maria, Bulacan, consisting of an area of Two Hundred Sixty-Eight Square Meters (268
sqms.) and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-257706 (M);

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents and purposes this may serve.
