CONDITIONS FOR LEARNING AND EFFECTIVENESS

SELF-ASSESSMENT
If your organization wants diversity based on a model of learning and effectiveness, managers must value variety of
opinion and insight. They must also recognize cultural learning opportunities and challenges.

Your organization must have other preconditions in place to benefit fully from diversity as a means of learning and
to promote effectiveness. For each of the preconditions below, assess your organization’s readiness by indicating
