I Abhirup Biswas,son of Monotosh Biswas, permanently residing at Vill-
Raghunathpur,P.O- Churni Raghunathpur, P.S- Dhantala,Dist- Nadia, State-
West Bengal, Pin- 741501, have applied for EWS( Economically Weaker
Section) for me and hereby declare that:-
1. That I am a citizen of India.
2. That I belong to “MAHISYA” sub-caste which is not covered as a sub-
caste to be considered for reservation as SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B in West
Bengal.
3. The Gross Income (from salary,agriculture,business,profession etc ) of
my family from all sources is below Rs-8,00,000.00(Rupees Eight Lakhs).
4. I also declared that my family does not causes any of the following
assets;
A)5(five) acres of agricultural land and above;
B)Residential flat of 1000 sq.ft. and above;
C)Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified Municipalities;
D)Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the
notified Municipalits.
So certified that the information given above in respect of me is fully current
and I take full responsibility of the accuracy of this statement.If at any point of
type the statement(partly, fully) is found to be incorrect I shall have to forfit
the benefit received, the EWS certificate shall be subject of suo moto
cancellation and I shall be liable to be punished U/S 193 of the Indian Penal
Code.
