NUMERACY – SHAPES

Lesson 1: Triangle

I. Objectives
At the end of a 40 minute activity, the child is expected to do the following with at least
60% level of mastery;
a. recognize triangle;
b. say the shape triangle;
c. sort-out triangle;
d. identify triangle.

Real Objects – the best representation of abstract ideas.
Pictures – an aid for visual representation of real objects.
Flashcards – a card that has picture to help students learn the subject.
Activity Sheets – a printed text activity.
