錄及／或擷取的影像圖片，可供婦女基金會及合辦機構用作以下包括但不只限於以下物料及平
台使用，例如：

Any captured or recorded video and photographic footage at the above event may be used by The
Women’s Foundation and the event co-organiser for purposes including but not limited to:

• 機構年報／網頁／服務推廣 Annual report/website/service promotion

• 專業培訓或研討會 Professional training or seminar
• 公眾活動或發佈 Public event or release
• 宣傳物品如刊物、海報或易拉架 Promotional materials such as publications, posters or
roll-up banners
• 媒體報導及社交媒體 Media coverage and social media

2. 我／敝女兒的資料，當中包括姓名、年級、學校名稱、電郵及電話號碼，交予婦女基金
會或服務供應商作籌辦活動之用。

My/my daughter’s information, including name, school name, class, and phone number, will be
shared with the event co-organisers for registration and entry purposes.
