• Compliance Audit performance.
• This presentation will only present some picture from each section in the
Compliance audit (Operation, Technical and HSE).
• Audit Compliance was Targeting in AD-51 the Operation, Technical and
HSE.
• During the Audit found total 371 action items in compliance with ADC
Compliance Audit.
• During the audit found total 69 action items non-compliance with ADC
Compliance Audit.
• And found 66 open action item from the OES drop survey file (Draft
report still not finalized from OES).
• General observation and findings are 77 observation to be followed.
• In Quest found 7 Incident/Near misses are still open.

1. Accumulator

[WCM Vol 1 5th Ed Sec. A 3.12.5] Some are in the neutral position and should
not be. This is sending me a message that there might be leaks.

are too small in size need to be clearly marked, larger and fixed so it cannot
accidently fall off. I will show pictures of previous rigs that have better signage

Arabic and English found on Emergency generator diesel tank.

[SWIM Sec 38 (3)] Rated load 150 KG is not posted on man riders, Up/ Down sign
need to be posted for safe operation. B. There are 2 air tugger but one is not
functional at the present moment.

tongs. Nuts can back off and fall in well.

not easy to open in case of emergency, Many boxes are rusty and broken covers

on the right side when you enter the rig. and found the batteries and light
are all mixed togather not segregated

(B.6.2)] as they have only requested for the tools but if is stored inside the container it will be
lost during the rig move due to the incomplete set with round container.

not cleaned properly and have accumulated yellow precipitate on the walls, black- silicon, wash
basin is not properly cleaned the floor is covered with rubber plug to prevent and control the
washed water.

Liquid chemical and powder chemical are not segregated accordingly. And found some torn
super sack.

basket which need to be with the powder ones.
