Venue : Nabulo Elementary School
The topics that will be discussed during the training are the following:
1. Best practices in teaching literacy.
2. Strategies for helping struggling readers.
3. Importance of reading aloud to children.
4. Introduction to phonics.

Performance Review of School Personnel’s Performance and School’s Programs
and Projects Implementation Status

Greetings!
This is to inform you that we are requesting a permit to conduct cluster-based
Mid-Year Performance Review of School Personnel’s Performance and School’s
Programs and Projects Implementation Status in Cluster 4 on February 6,7&11, 2023
at Nabulo Elementary School. The training aims to enhance awareness on how to
improve the performance of teachers.
The purpose of this training is to provide school personnel with the necessary
knowledge and skills on how to improve their performance in the areas of teaching,
classroom management, and school leadership. We will also discuss the effective
implementation of school programs and projects, which will help schools achieve their
goals and objectives.

We are targeting all teachers in Cluster 4 as participants from different schools

within Cluster 4.
