Min – 04

1. Further to Min – 04 ante and in compliance to the management’s decision with respect to all
purchases to be made through Procurement Dept., Admin Dept. submits following:

a. In order to avoid any delay / hindrance in user’s work Admin Dept. requires to
maintain at least an inventory of ten (10) CLI Telephone Sets for replacement of faulty
set(s) and installation for new user(s) as and when required.

b. A normal set would be costing approximately Rs. 1500/- and total cost would be
Rs. 15,000/- (10 sets X Rs. 1,500 each).

c. The above procurement will be made through Procurement Dept. for which following
may be approved:
i. Financial approval of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) for purchase of 10
(ten) CLI Telephone Sets for Admin inventory pool for emergency use.

ii. Administrative approval for procurement of above sets (10 Nos.) through
Procurement Dept. of PNSC.
