SUBJECT: ARRANGEMENT OF OFFICIAL STAMPS WITH GOP AND BLUE ECONOMY LOGOS OF
BLUE ECONOMY FOR USE ON PNSC LETTER HEAD

1. Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad vide letter No. 2(2)/2017-Admn, dated 15 th December
2020 (copy attached), has directed PNSC to emboss GoP and Blue Economy Logos on all
correspondences / letters. In order to comply with above directive Admin Dept. has arranged
two more separate stamps for interim use on PNSC letter heads already in Admin stock until
same will be delivered by the printing firm who has won the printing tender.

2. In addition to above Admin Dept. has also arranged self inked and wooden stamps for
different departments viz. Transport, Secretary PNSC, MR&S.

3. To fulfill above requirements, Admin Dept. has arranged EIGHT (8) self inked stamps and
THREE (3) wooden stamps TOTAL 11 STAMPS through M/s. Nazakat Ali & Sons for total
amount of Rs. 4,810/-. Four cash memos duly verified are attached please.

4. In order to issue the payments to the suppliers, a combined RES No. AD/ADM/003/00041
dated 18th January 2021 for total amount of Rs. 4,810/- is prepared against FOUR (4) cash
Memos and being put up for signature and approval for settlement of payment.

5. It is confirmed that remittances against the enclosed invoices have not been requested by the
department previously as per record.
