 Make delay register(As like as FAME site) & mail by tomorrow 09.08.2023 HO
 Paver block completion work for pathway.
 DDS & DLS to be fill by site team & submit to planning team
 Plan vs Achieved & next day planning required on daily basis at the EOD
 Footing casting to be increased.
 For reinforcement checking mail to client to reduce the delay in casting work.
 Avoid sharing planning documents like DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR etc. direct to client (without
approval from HO team , Vijay sir, Parag sir & Aditya sir)
 20 no’s footing & 7 no’s columns should be cast till Saturday by Dated 12.08.2023
 6 footings & 6 PCC per day target to be achieved anyhow.
 Mail to MEP department for CCTV installation.
 Make RFI & mail to client regarding 8mm steel in Plinth beam top bar.
 Make trial mix for another RMC plant nearby ISPAT Gate plant by 09.08.2023
