After 5 minutes, let them present their output on the Board.
Each group should have their own reporter.

B. Analysis
Check and process the outputs and answers of each group.

Explain to the class the different characteristics and


properties of Carbon atom that made it unique from the
other elements.

anyone who can give its own understanding of the
word Organic compounds and Inorganic compounds?

A. Activity
Group the class into 3 groups. For 5 minutes, they will
be going to do an activity entitled “Where do I belong”.

In their activity, they will be going to identify 10 of the


things that they commonly see at home or in school, or
in any Department Stores. After identifying they will be
going to classify whether the things are inorganic or
organic. Then, they will state the reasons why they put it
