1. Introduction

1.1 The No Deposit Trading Bonus (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is a bonus offered by
OnEquity to its Clients under the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the
Promotion Terms”).

1.2 OnEquity.com is the brand name of Meritfox Investments Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)
a Seychelles Securities Dealer Licensee, authorised and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services
Authority (FSA) under license number SD154 and registration number 810588-1.

1.3 The Promotion Terms is an integral part of the Terms of Use and provisions set herein are considered
as an annex of Terms of Use

1.4 By opening a trading account under this Promotion, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read
and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms as well as to the Company’s general Terms of Use
including any supplemental terms that apply to your trading account with OnEquity.

1.5 The Promotion is available to all clients and IBs, excluding MAM/PAMM accounts provided that they are
eligible to participate in the Promotion subject to the Company’s eligibility criteria as indicated in the
Terms of Use and these Promotion Terms.

1.6 For participating in the Promotion, the Client should have already completed the steps required for
opening an account with the Company, get verified through the due diligence and know your client
procedures and the OnEquity account is activated.

1.7 The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at its sole discretion, and at any
time without notice.

1.8 The Company reserves the right to refuse offering of the Promotion at its sole discretion without the
need to provide justification. The Company will not be liable for any stop outs or any other consequences
that result out of the Promotion cancellation and/or removal.

1.9 If the Company suspects that the Client has abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion, or otherwise
acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
deny, withhold or withdraw from the Client the 100% of the Promotion and if necessary to cancel any
terms and conditions with respect to the Client, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate the
Client’s access to the service and/or block the Client’s Account.

For the purpose of clause above, abusive behaviour is considered (list not exhaustive):

o multiple registrations from the same IP address

o trading activities that can be counted as fraud, manipulation or attempts to garner risk free profits.

o failure by the client to meet certain requests by the Company related to the Promotion within the

specified deadline provided in the correspondence with the Company.

o the participation to the Promotion of third parties on behalf of the IB without the proper
authorization or right to act.
o trades entered or exited with latencies.
o hedging an open position in less than 2 minutes

1.10 If the Client no longer wish to use a trading account with bonus, please send an email to
support@onequity.com in order to archive the bonus accounts.

2. Conditions of Eligibility:

2.1 Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms of Use, the offer is available to OnEquity Clients who
have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (the “Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following
hereinafter.

2.2 The Promotion may be offered by OnEquity from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts
with OnEquity, in cases where such clients are referred to OnEquity via specific websites and/or social
network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that OnEquity may be running
from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

2.3 OnEquity, at its reasonable discretion, offers the Promotion to any Client(s) and/or any countries/regions,
as it deems appropriate and for as long as OnEquity deems to provide it.

2.4 Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of
residence may participate in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the
Promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country
of residences (the “minors”). If you are a minor, you may not participate in the Promotion.

2.5 Participation of “Intermediaries/ Related Parties” in the Promotion is prohibited. If the registration and/or
trading data of a participant in the Promotion corresponds with the registration and/or trading
information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the Promotion, OnEquity
reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purpose
hereof, the term “Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Promotion Terms, unless the
context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any
participant in the Promotion, including without limitation:

2.5.1 Family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants, and collateral

descendants.

2.5.2 Person or entity, whom any participant in the Promotion, directly or indirectly through one or

more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more

intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the Promotion;

for purposes of this definition, the term “control” ( including, with correlative meaning, the terms

“controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the

Promotion, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries,

of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity,

whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

2.6 Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with OnEquity and/or with the specific websites

and/or social network sites on which OnEquity may be running from time-to-time certain specific

promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Promotion is offered, are not

allowed to participate in the offer.

3. Specific Promotion Terms

3.1 Eligible Clients, who meet the criteria set forth herein are able to receive a trading bonus equal to 50 USD
(Fifty US Dollars or equivalent) of No Deposit Trading Bonus.

3.2 In order to activate and credit trading account with No Deposit Trading Bonus.

3.3 This Promotion applies only to new clients of OnEquity.

3.4 All Eligible Clients are permitted to hold only one (1) Promotion Account per one (1) unique IP Address.
Multiple registrations from the same IP are not permitted nor multiple Promotion Accounts register with
the same personal details.

3.5 Profits from trading on Promotion Accounts may be withdrawn or transferred anytime, provided that the
minimum amount of withdrawal or transfer is 100 USD or equivalent and the trading volume in the
relevant real trading Account reaches at least 5 lots on Foreign Exchange currencies.

3.6 Any profits generated from trading on Promotion Accounts are available for withdrawal as per our
withdrawal procedure.

3.7 The Promotion applied to the real Accounts of Eligible Clients in accordance with the rules set forth herein
cannot be transferred between live trading accounts with OnEquity.

4. General Terms

4.1 Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the Promotion is added to the account of an Eligible
Client who meets all of the criteria set forth herein.

4.2 The Promotion applies to all clients who open real Account with OnEquity in accordance with the rules
set herein and granted trading bonuses may be used for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Any withdrawal or transfer of funds from an Eligible Client’s real Account(s) with OnEquity will cause the
removal of the previously awarded trading bonus.

4.4 Trading bonuses cannot be separately transferred between or from Eligible Client’s real trading Accounts
with OnEquity.

4.5 OnEquity reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to decline registration of any participant in the
Promotion; and under no circumstances shall OnEquity be liable for any consequences of any trading
bonus cancelation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) by Stop Out.

4.6 OnEquity reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this Promotion to
any of its clients. Such clients will be informed via email.

4.7 OnEquity reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it at any time.
Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients and OnEquity will post any such changes on its
website. It is recommended that participants in the Promotion consult these Promotion Terms. Please
note that taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such
alteration, amendments and/or changes.

4.8 Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage including
but not limited to risk free profiting, abuse including but not limited to participant’s trading activity
patters that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the trading bonus without
being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation,
cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity,
will nullify all previously credited trading bonus of the Eligible Client’s real trading Accounts with OnEquity
and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances,
OnEquity reserves the right; at its reasonable discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or
permanently), all such Eligible Client’s real trading Account(s) with OnEquity, cancel all order and annul
all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, OnEquity shall not be liable for any consequences
of the trading bonus cancelation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

4.9 In the event that Account becomes dormant, all previously awarded trading bonuses will be immediately
withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients real Accounts with OnEquity.

4.10 No partner’s commissions are paid for trading-on-trading bonuses funds.

4.11 This promotion may be redeemed only once by any Eligible Client.

4.12 Taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms and of the Terms of
Use set forth in OnEquity’s website.

5. Declarations

5.1 You acknowledge that FX and CFDs are leveraged products, which involves a high level of risk. When
trading in such products, it is possible for you to lose all of their invested capital. These products may
not be suitable for everyone, and you should ensure that they understand the risks involved.

6. Applicable Law

6.1 This Promotion Terms and all transactional relations between you and the Company are governed by
the Laws of Seychelles and the competent court of the settlement of any dispute, which may arise
between them, shall be the District Court in which the Company’s headquarters are located.
