RFP project – OMD


I am currently working on a Request for Problem (RFP) project at OMD.
The objective of the project is to understand the various dependent
variables that are affected by the marketing strategies of the organization
and provide recommendations to improve these strategies.

The situation is that the organization is not seeing the desired results from
its marketing campaigns. The task is to identify the factors that are
contributing to this lack of success and develop strategies to improve the
situation.

The actions I have taken so far include:

Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the organization's marketing


data.
Interviewing key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Developing a conceptual framework for understanding the relationships
between the various dependent variables.
Generating a list of potential recommendations for improving the
marketing strategies.
The results of my work so far have been promising. I have identified a
number of factors that are contributing to the organization's marketing
challenges. I have also developed a number of recommendations that I
believe will be effective in improving the situation.

I am confident that the RFP project will be a success. I am committed to


working with the organization to implement the recommendations and
achieve the desired results.

2. For a design thinking project I work on a problem but the company had
an issue locating inventory and had a lot of space issues in their go down
with that we decided to change the layout of the go down which helped in
maximising space and you also give them a certain technological solution
which included bar codes and other various tracking methods such as
using cardboards and you know using numbering systems for the
inventory coming for the new shipment results have been quite interesting
because now that there is a lot more there is a word 30% increase in space
and they have reduced the location time for the inventory by almost 50%.

3. For this project we located a brick and mortar that sold power tools and
masonry equipment. I worked on this project to make this into a digital
platform where customers could rent and buy this equipment. It was in
the ideation stage at the time of the presentation and this was given
market validation by our professor about its functionality.

4. A final exhibition was conducted for the subject Integrated Marketing


Communications where I built an app that connected travellers and tour
guides. Our task was to create marketing communication collaterals, a
communication plan and a beta version of the app. Safe to say that this
project got a green light and was ready for a launch in the real world.

5. A brand management exhibition was held where I built an AI platform to


design apparel and other accessories that are made-to-order. I was
responsible for creating brand collaterals such as the brand anatomy along
with other brand elements. My team and I built a website and designed a
t-shirt for our faculty which was highly appreciated. We got the necessary
validation to launch this platform if we decided to go ahead with it.
