ENGAGEMENT
1.What do technical and professional competence mean? (You may refer to
the Lesson on the Teacher as a Professional).
-Technical competencies are behaviors that are closely tied to the nature of
instruction and the level of technical skill needed to exercise successful control.
Competency on a task involves alignment between the operator's competencies and
the competencies necessary to do that work safely and efficiently.
2. What steps do employers take to ensure that a teacher is physically,
mentally
and morally fit?
The part about being mentally and morally fit is taken care of by thorough
reference, background, and credentials checks to make sure the applicant is who
they say they are, is legally qualified to hold a job in the particular country, and
has not engaged in any criminal activity or other conduct that would disqualify
the applicant from holding the position. A research presentation and a classroom
talk are frequently required of candidates for teaching positions, and both are thoroughly
assessed by academics and students. Due to anti-discrimination rules, it is more challenging to
demonstrate that you are physically fit, and you must carefully link your level of fitness to the
position's criteria. A math teacher in a wheelchair or on crutches would function quite well.

Consumer's Association, because the company which manages my mobile subscription hasn't
followed up.

ELABORATE
 Based on the video, share how a teacher should share relate to
learners to make a difference.
Most people who are successful today received assistance from someone else at
some point. Most of the time, these individuals received help from their
teachers. The majority of them are appreciative of what their old professors
done for them as a result. They never forget how their instructors supported
them and gave them hope when they felt like there was no hope or when things
were difficult for them. If you think about it, students spend more time at school
than with their own families. Before entering the workforce, young people learn
more there than anywhere else. The impact of teachers may be even larger
when there are challenges at home.

EVALUATE

Interview teachers who have taught for at least 5 years (male/ female).
What they consider to be the biggest challenge in their Life as
teachers?

The biggest challenge that a teacher may face in the teaching field is how to make
learners know how to perform the three basic needs of learning which is
reading, writing and arithmetic. This 3 goes hand in hand because it embodies the
completeness of an education of children, other subject may be learned through
this method. It is a common knowledge that this 3 basic mode of learning is used in
all existing subjects in the school.
