    The relevance of quantitative research in my strand (Science, Technology,

    Engineering, Technology)

    These are the three (3) relevance of quantitative research on my academic strand:

    1.) Mathematics
    Mathematics is essential to both quantitative research and qualitative research but qualitative
    research is less common in mathematics than quantitative research, but it is still used in certain
    areas of math.

    2.) Science
    Science is essential in quantitative research as it aims to systematically investigate and
    understand natural or physical phenomena. It helps to ensure that research findings are valid
    and have strong evidence that will support the research.

    3.) critical thinking


    Making quantitative research requires one to think critically to be reliable, valid, and credible. It
    is relevant to my strand because as a student in the STEM strand, I need to think critically for
    me to understand the lessons.
