I am writing to complain about the terrible evening I spent last night at your
restaurant. Firstly, the restaurant was quite crowded and noisy, and we had to wait for
.about an hour to get a table

.Secondly, the tablecloth and silverware didn't look very clean

Thirdly, there were some mix-ups with our orders. My girlfriend ordered a roast beef,
well-done, but it arrived rare. As for my order, I had the All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp
.Special, but the shrimps tasted strangely bitter

As this was our first date, the dining experience left us feeling dissatisfied, and it
