How To Create Award Notice
NOTICE OF AWARD
1. Login to www.philgeps.gov.ph
2. Input assigned user ID and password
3. The Pending Task page is displayed as default. Click Notices submenu
4. From the Notices page, tick “closed” checkbox and click Search button.
5. From the list of closed notices, click the Bid Notice Title link.
6. System displays the Bid Notice Abstract page. Click Bidders List button.

9. Provide the needed information. Click Save Changes button.
10. Click Close button
11. The created line item will be displayed in the Bid Notice Abstract page. Click
Bidders List button.
12. Click Add from DRL button to display the list of bidders in DRL
13. Click checkbox of the bidders who participated in the bid. Click Submit button
14. Select the Awardee by clicking its respective checkbox. Then, click Create
Award Notice button.
15. Fill‐out the following fields: Award Type, Contract Amount, Award Date, Reason
for Award. Skip the process of adding electronic document.
16. Click Save button
17. System displays the Award Notice List page. Status of the created award notice
is In‐Preparation. Click the award notice title link.
