visa explicitly for short trip or sightseeing during my holidays along with my family.
FINANCIAL TIES:
I am running my own company named PUNJAB MEDICINE TRADERS since last 07years in
different cities of Pakistan including OKARA (CMH HOSPITAL), JEHLUM (CMH HOSPITAL),
and RAWALPINDI (CMH HOSPITAL). By the grace of GOD my company has a high reputation in
medicine business and due to this reputation I have got medicine supply contract with one of the top
hospital named CMH (combined military hospital Rawalpindi running by PAKISTAN army). My
business has more than 30 employees.

I will use the aforesaid funds generates through business in lieu of the trip Expense which are
more than enough for 10 days trip.

 PURPOSE OF VISIT:
I am planning to visit TURKIYE for 10-day pleasure trip/sight sighting during my holidays most
important factor of my these holidays are I am going to perform umrah Sadat with my wife and daughter,
arrangements of umrah have been completed and umrah visa has been already granted, we have planned
that we will get this opportunity as a family trip and we shall fly to Jeddah(Saudi Arabia)from Istanbul
(TURKIYE)right after our trip on dated 24th october2023 in this Regard I have organized all pre-travel
arrangements, I have also booked hotels in ISTANBUL, CAPPADOCIA,ANTALYA ,IZMIR as I heard
Lot About TURKIYE tourist places and to be honest it would be my dream trip as I love to visit
TURKIYE.

During My stay I will visit the ISRANBUL tourist attractions like of SULMINYA MOSQUE,
HAGIA SOPHIA, BLUE MOSQUE, GALATA TOWER, GRAND BAZAR,CAPPADOCIA sites
Cappadocia balloon tour, ANTALYIA sites, PAMUKKALE, LUXURY YACHT TOUR,IZMIR
WILDLIFE PARK,CLOCK TOWER,ARCHEOLOGICAL and will try to get maximum tour attraction
sites closest to ISTANBUL, as I know the purposed days for tour isn’t enough to complete sightseeing
in little time, I hope these 10 days will be my memorable days as the TURKISH traditions, food, beaches
and HISTORICAL/RELEGIOUS sites are top-ranked in world. The train system around the city is one of
the cheapest modes to fulfill my dreams tour.

The above mentioned details briefly described my economic & financial/personal circumstances and
has substantiated that I am living in comfortable economic & financial circumstances as a joint family

In Pakistan those would certainly encourage me to leave the TURKIYE at end of my proposed short-
term visit. As I Have a good life back home and do not wish to swap this for a life as an illegal immigrant
in the TURKIYE.
At the end, I hereby solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm under oath, that as I am enjoying my
Broader BUINESS opportunities as well as my social life is settled here, my family especially my mother
and my 1 year old son who will not with us on this trip needs me here. So I will certainly come to my
native country Pakistan soon after the visit

abide by all Prevailing rules and regulations of the TURKIYE and will not indulge myself into any illegal
