The Rules on Summary Procedure shall apply in this case and you are prohibited from filing
Motion to Dismiss, for the Bill of Particulars or for Extension of Time to File Pleadings.

Should you fail to file your Answer within the reglementary period, this Court motu proprio or on
motion of the plaintiff/s, shall render judgment as may be warranted by the facts alleged in the Complaint
and limited to what is prayed for therein, except as to the amount of damages, which this Court may
reduce in its discretion.
