The conduction of the business held by the entrepreneurs has set a target market which
is thoroughly modified by the influence of the safety protocols implemented by the
government amidst pandemic in order to maintain safety and satisfy customer’s cravings.

The business will go on with the use of a free-lancing method where entrepreneurs
will be able to contribute their own ideas, skills, and focus to indicate the business's process.

The business structure shows the position of the entrepreneurs in this business as

Kutkutin Jar that friendly-snacks for everyone and we already prepared the products before

they order that's a good advantage of us, we be able to be ready the product that they want and

our product cannot just attract to kids but also for the parents, Kutkutin Jar is friendly food that

good for everyone.

We entrepreneurs decided to manage a food business where all ages can avail our
products. This product that we decided to manage will never be out of trend or of people's
preference.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

1. Kutkutin in a Jar

“Kutkutin” from the word itself “kutkut” which means to scratch or dig in. Kutkutin in a
Jar is a home-packed different candy and finger foods in a jar. If you are craving and looking
for affordable sweets and finger snacks such as different kinds of gummies, nuts and mallows,
our product is perfect for you, with different variations, flavors and colors that you will
definitely enjoy just like these following pictures:

The snacks are easy to get because we will have a jar that saves space and is very
convenient. The entrepreneurs thought of giving unique add-ons and will be allowing
customers' requests, providing a chance to provide the customers' trust in our products. The
product that is enlisted in the business will likely be modified and improved by the
entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs will concentrate on the product's good quality that will
undoubtedly satisfy and impress the buyers. The entrepreneurs will surely give all of their best
efforts to deliver excellent customer service and leave a good impression to our prospective

Brand name: ‘DaVinTreats’

Market Analysis

Overview

After the products or services part, the market analysis part of business plan should include
a full summary of the industry in which you intend to sell your product or service, providing
figures to back up your claims. The entrepreneurs came up with a good, witty, and unique
brand name which is the “DaVinTreats”. Our brand name was created by combining the terms
'Da Vinci' and 'Treats'. Our section is named after Leonardo da Vinci, who is best renowned for
his work as an artist, as well as his work as a scientist and inventor. Treats, on the other hand,
refers to a variety of treats such as candies, nuts, and mallows that are ideal for gifts and
munching. Combining words is a trendy way to seem witty in modern environment. We tell you
that a one-word brand name is fine because a short term is easier to remember. The
entrepreneurs created a new business name, 'DaVinTreats,' and through the application of
marketing strategy, the entrepreneurs came up with the tagline "Your Sweet Treat, Right
Away" after choosing on a business name.

Kutkutin in a Jar

Kutkutin is to dig something up or to eat chips, sweets, etc… using a finger. Jar, on the
other hand, is a wide-mouthed cylindrical glass or plastic container that is typically used for
storing foods. Kutkutin are more likely gummies, nuts, and mallows that are small enough to
fit into a small container like a Jar, hence most kutkutin snacks are packed in a Jar. It can be
placed in different variety of plastic containers to be more affordable and fits to those who are
on a tight budget. Kutkutin is a trendy snack nowadays and even before because it is used to
be good for anyone. If everything goes according to plan, our group hopes to start our small
business this month. The competitive market study will examine current market trends as well
as how our product will perform in comparison to other competitors.

We, entrepreneurs will focus its marketing efforts on reaching out to customers via online
platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Now that almost everyone has access to a wide
range of social media. Entrepreneurs think that people on social media have a great
opportunity to be potential customers and encourage them to purchase our kutkutin.
Entrepreneurs' company operations have defined a target market that has been significantly
influenced by the government's safety rules, which are in place to ensure safety and better
negotiation. However, due to the threats of the pandemic, the entrepreneurs thought of filtering
the potential costumers based on the safety protocols which means we, entrepreneurs and our
target market must follow the social distancing and it must be better if we have less contact to
the public, we, entrepreneurs provide delivery to be more convenient and less hussle for our
future customers when they ordered online and we deliver house-to-house.

The “DaVinTreats” target market includes the following:

Maximum Capacity
The entrepreneur’s maximum capacity is not that low and high, we keeping it balanced so
we can avoid the shortage and over supply of our product, containers, things for packaging,
and the other equipment needed when we pack an order. We have limited and particular route
of delivery because our budget transportation is limited. Free shipping for those who's near the
entrepreneurs and we already assigned who will be the delivery guy, we assured that all
delivery guys are available to avoid pending and late deliveries, however, meet-ups can be
alternative for picking up an order when a customer is more convenient for them.

Executive Summary

The company structure was originally conceived of as DaVinTreats, followed by the


construction of the following stage, which was the creation of the Facebook page Instagram
accounts in the hopes of getting the attention of potential clients. And the most effective way to
do it is through social media and text messaging, other than that, posting pictures of our products
may catch the attention of our target market. With this, the company may figure it out by
following the preferences of potential buyers in terms of goods and this is the best way to
maintain safety protocols while in the midst of pandemic. We also know what consumers
genuinely want and need by using online survey responses and reactions from potential clients.

In assessing our competition, there are things to keep in mind. Firstly, you should seek to learn
from our competition. See what they are doing well and think about ways in which we can be

IV: STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

As a young group of relative newcomers on this kind of field, fortunately we have have
a common goal with other successful and well-known entrepreneurs even in running a small
business, and that is to make our business profitable and effective in the target market. We
want to be creative and harmonious fledging entrepreneurs that build their business entirely on
their own capabilities. We are expecting a great outcome on this short-term business
experience that may enhance both interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and extremely bring
us motivation to have an aptitude for a business career in the future time. There is indeed a
strategy in place for every success; hence without a strategic plan, we may not be able to attain
the goals that we expect to happen in running a successful business. The entire team discussed
how we could develop a strategy that would be both effective and beneficial to the business's
development. We have decided to follow the business retailing model to save more money and
make a growth of profit. Since our primary goal is to give the ideal customer experience
possible, we made sure that this technique would not bring our customers or us any
unnecessary results or inconveniences. Nowadays, a lot of individuals choose to shop online,
whenever netizens see a product that captivates their curiosity and a product that they find
valuable in the internet, they'll be more likely to buy it, so that's why our products will be
advertised online. Our team concluded that we should use social media as a medium to
publicize our product.

1. Facebook - We intend to create a page that highlights the name and description of
the product, as well as the benefits that customers will receive by purchasing our products.
For the reason that so many people nowadays have Facebook accounts and they spend most of
their time scrolling through it, Facebook is the most effective tool we can use to sell our
product in this modern environment. This is a significant opportunity for us because if they

2. Instagram - This social media application will give us assistance in determining how
to catch the attention of potential buyers. We intend to use the concept of having an
instagrammable image to market our products which will neccesitate in establishing a feed for
it. We will make it as visually appealing as possible. Furthermore, we can also advertise the
product directly through the app. Given that our primary goal is to give the best possible
customer experience, we will not limit our focus to our approach alone, because we consider
the customers' feedback is a big help for us, as we intend to obtain feedback from customers
who have previously used the product. In this manner, we may gain insight into how to
improve the products we sell and identify areas where our products may fall short.

3. Tiktok - Tiktok has a lot of benefits to businesses and marketers because it can be
used as one of the effective platform for promotional strategy, and easy way to engage
customers in the brand experience. It will allow us to easily share content, win followers, and
generate profits as well. We will use Tiktok for our adverstisement shots, and using popular
songs and most probably by hopping in trends to promote our product that will outstretch
many viewers out there. We will also entertain customers through interactions aside from
engagements in brand promotion because it can also boost our business when people
encounter such an accommodating seller, and it may give us a possibility that they will also
help us to promote our product with their companions.

Conflicts are unavoidable in any business environment. It is good thing that we can
easily promote our product to our circle of friends in order to minimize internal disruptions
that could negatively impact our business. Speaking of business flow monitoring, we will

by time, or maybe after business hours, and each member must have a report on how they
ended for the day, and in order to come up with possible solutions and suggestions. This is

making a decision that could have far-reaching consequences for the entire business. Taking
into consideration of all feedbacks, comments, and concerns, we will subsequently examine
ways to improve the product that has been developed by our team to satisfy our customers.

It is necessary for a management team to recognize that most employees will want
assistance and training in order to fulfill the new duties that have been assigned to them. Aside
from specific skill training, considerable emphasis should be given to team spirit, management
training, and flexibility. An important area in assisting the management team in better
understanding and communicating with one another. It allows each member of a management
team to focus on their own area of competence, allowing them to survive and develop.
Furthermore, the company benefits from having its overall direction and goals assessed from
distinct viewpoints. Teams with good interpersonal relationships contribute greatly to their
business' overall performance responsibility. The positions are divided through four
departments namely financial, production, shipping and advertising.

them into containers, sealing and labeling the items, and preparing the item for transport. this

Delivery Guy - a person who delivers wholesale or retail goods to customers usually
over a regular local route. this position would be: Clarence C. Carranza and Raven Tampes

ADVERTISING DEPARTMENT

Page Administrator - Admins can manage all aspects of a Facebook Page, from
assigning roles and changing others' roles to publishing to your Page and sending Messenger
messages on behalf of the business. this appointment will be: Fhrieo I. Martirez

Online Seller - They photograph and write descriptions of the items they will sell and
put the information online. They calculate total purchase amounts, taxes, and shipping costs;

employee. Management teams also known as the supervisors, they always observe on what to
improve on their works and performance. Lastly, it is responsible on fulfilling the mission and
goals of the specific business.

The internal perspective on the DaVinTreats method is about customers who adore
"Kutkutin" and may choose from a variety of kutkutin, including gummies, nuts,
marshmallows, and more: our product delivery ensures that it is safe and does not detract from
the product's look. Depending on the customer preferences, our delivery process will be
pickup, delivery, or meet up. The delivery price will be included whether the consumer
chooses delivery or door-to-door service. Our pages moderator has now created an output for
our product, Davintreats, which includes prices, the actual product, and a contact number, so
that customers can easily order through social media. This market focuses on the area of Imus,
Dasmariñas, and General Trias cavite Who are 18 and above are allowed to go outside. We
accept orders for DaVinTreats every Tuesday-Wednesday at any time, and for delivery and
meetups, we will serve it every Friday-Saturday from 3-5pm. The business's external
marketing strategy is to promote our product through social media platforms such as Facebook
by posting pictures of our product Tiktok and Instagram. We are also planning to create a
teaser video and social media posters about the business itself. This is a great way to promote
a business since you can post it on different social media platforms, especially Facebook. The
teaser video will be focused on what our business is and what we can provide to our potential
clients. The poster will be our way of promoting a specific product on our business. We will
also use some sort of nonsense or witty joke in the poster since that type of joke is currently
very popular, and we may be able to attract more clients by using that strategy. About our
page, the theme will have some kind of aesthetic vibe and candy theme, also the color scheme
that we will be using is pastel or neutral colors, and the overall design in our page is

of style is simple and it will match the theme of our business, we will be using minimalist
design because it is simple but well-optimized visuals so it will be nice to look at. Each visual
element has such as colors, fonts, images, and so on, so if we overdo the visuals or elements
instead of it being nice to look at it will end up distracting them, plus minimalist designs right
now are really popular in any kind of business so using this design we can somehow gain
some advantages.

VII: FINANCIAL PLAN

Our business venture's financial plan is innovative and existing; we, the entrepreneur,
would like to showcase that the business idea is feasible and will sustain on the start-up capital
until it generates a particular profit. We want to demonstrate that our business venture is not
static, but rather progressing toward our goals. Thus, we ought to prove that our business
endeavor will be a triumph because we will take adequate and necessary initiatives to make it
a success. We will indeed exhibit that this small business venture, which we started with
modest capital, will continue to grow as we will do everything conceivable to achieve our
