Subject: Complaint against Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu and KBH Technology Joint Stock Company for Failure
to Provide Services and Disappearance after Payment.

I am writing to file a complaint against Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu, who is part of KBH Technology Joint Stock
Company, and is a resident of Da Nang, Vietnam. I had hired Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu to provide Hexagon
computer services and training in exchange for payment, but he has failed to deliver on his promises and
has disappeared after receiving payment. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, he has not
responded to any of my messages.

I have discovered that Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu and his company, KBH Technology Joint Stock Company, have
a bank account number of 42144946508988993 with Asia Commercial Bank in Da Nang, Vietnam. Given
their dishonest behavior, I am requesting that you file a case with the Interpol police and take necessary
steps to freeze their bank account. I am also requesting that you obtain the ATM transaction videos and
the statement of their bank account, which can be used to track them easily using their IP address.

The actions of Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu and KBH Technology Joint Stock Company have caused significant
financial loss and inconvenience, and I believe that urgent action is necessary to bring them to justice
and recover the funds that were taken from me.

I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including payment receipts and messages exchanged
between myself and Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu. I hope that this evidence will support my case and aid in the
investigation.
