Referring to the email below, as well as numerous calls, WhatsApp texts, and voice messages.

I haven't heard from you as we discussed during our phone conversation. You were supposed to send a reply email
regarding the matter, and you even promised to send it late at night and mentioned that your team works on weekends.
Due to this lack of communication, I have decided to cancel my Hajj packages with BAC Consultancy.

This agreement has caused me significant losses, and I no longer wish to proceed. Despite my losses, I am kindly
requesting an immediate refund of the invoice amount.

Dear Shabeen/Team,

Once again, you have failed to keep your promise. Today, your agent Mr. Mansoor requested me to come to Chennai for
the fingering process at VFS Global. Last week, on June 14, 2023, he had requested the same process, and Mr. Fawzy had
mentioned that they would try to complete it without fingering. However, today, on June 16, 2023, the same request for
fingering has been made. This has left me confused and distrustful of your process.

Let me inform you that I have found two confirmed seats through Al-Hira Travels in Hyderabad. I request you to return
my passport and refund the money I paid.

Mr. Fawazy has been pressuring me and assuring me that this process will be successfully completed. However, I began
my journey from Kuwait on June 07, 2023, based on Shabeen's words. Up until now, I haven't submitted any legal
documents to my company for the Hajj Visa. If your team fails to complete the process on Monday and Tuesday, you will
be liable to pay the following liquidated damages:

 Kuwait to India flight tickets

 Bangalore Cargo prices
 Chennai tickets
 21 days' salary that I will fail to submit due to the lack of an official document for Hajj travel

If you agree to the aforementioned points, I will continue with you for further process as you have requested. However,
if you are not 100% certain, please halt the process and refund my money.

Who will provide the UAE visit visa? And if you fail to provide the Hajj visa, you will have to return our money along with
the expenses we incurred in Dubai, such as flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and other expenses. However, we have
received an email from a personal Gmail account. Could you please confirm if the email address of your company is
consult@baitulateeq.com? We have sent the passport copies and documents for visa processing to that email address.

Additionally, we are requesting that you provide us with the return ticket to India. This should be your responsibility,
and you are expected to provide the facilities as per invoice HAJJ 2023-BA-0520 and the amount paid to Cube Reach
Technologies' bank account
