Family – We are a family of farmers. Family values are
an integral part of our farming operations and daily life
Our Beliefs
WE BELIEVE FARMING IS ONE OF THE
MOST IMPORTANT JOBS IN THE WORLD
As the world unites to address the environmental challenges we
face today, we believe that farming done right can be part of the
solution. We are long-term owners of the land, and we recognise
our responsibility towards our employees, our local communities,
and the environment. We are active members of the UN Global
Compact, and we integrate our selected UN Sustainable
Development Goals in everything we do.
WE BELIEVE IN BEING
SYNTHETIC PESTICIDE FREE
We know that weed resistance and up to 70% insect-loss
in Europe over the last 30 years is no accident. We believe
that synthetic pesticides are not part of our shared future
and that coming generations will hold us responsible for the
impact these have on their food. We return to nature’s roots
and farm with a holistic approach to food production.

Our Beliefs
WE BELIEVE IN
REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE
When you bring farming back to basics, it is the soil that
sits at the core. That is why we know long-term farming
methods are not just about removing synthetic pesticides.
It also involves enhancing biodiversity and working with
regenerative practices involving limited soil disturbance, soil
cover, diversification, living roots and integrating animals.
WE BELIEVE IN
NATURAL, HEALTHY FOOD
As farmers, we are committed to nurturing the world, and
providing nutritious, quality products to our customers is our
first priority. We believe that only the healthiest soils provide
the best conditions to grow naturally strong, well nurtured
plants. The health of our plants reflects in the nutritional value
of our high quality products, and in turn also reduces the need
for synthetic pesticides and disturbing the soil.
