I. PRELIMINARIES
Prayer:
The opening prayer as led by the class adviser and followed by the roll call of attendance. _____

II. MEETING PROPER
1. Orientation on the importance of homeroom PTA officers followed by Election of PTA officers.
2. Informed the parent regarding the current situation of the class. Assessing the classroom of the
possible PTA project, which is 2 electric fan.
3. PTA treasurer will collect the 200 pesos contribution.
4. Strict implementation of wearing prescribed school uniform is discussed. Wearing white t-shirt in
entering the campus is advised.
5. Informed parents the No ID, No Entry Policy.
6. Reminded the parents on their duties in monitoring their students on cases of late and absences
with no valid reasons.
7. It was reiterated during the meeting that students having a motorcycle are not allowed to park
inside the campus.
8. The class adviser successfully reported the progress and status of students.
9. All in all, the parents pledged to cooperate with the school authorities in realizing the afore-said
agenda.
