I. 1st Grand alumni homecoming and 20th founding anniversary event of Wadeford, last week of June 2023

Plan:

1. Create a core team

2. Payment per batch table is 2000 pesos, no foods

3. Assign batch coordinator and asst batch coordinator per batch. They will contact their batchmates.

4. All communication will be in the official GC.

II. Marketing Plan and Budget (70k) budget.

MARKETING CORE TEAM

Members: Dr. Sindico, Sir Bernard, Ma’am Eloize (budget) , Sir Payne, Sir Winston (enrollment), Jobert. Florence

Heads: Lianne, Janine, Kaiser, Lurimae, Levi, Chrestian Dave and Angela

Lay out artist: 20k

Radio Ad- 10k

Social Media Manager- 20k

Tarps and other operating expenses- 20k

III. Proposed Summer Class Program

(3k for 20 hours session)

✅ Identify all learners recommended for remediation in:

✅ Reading and Writing

✅ Readiness Program for Pre-School

✅ Major Subjects, Eng, Sci, Fil, Math and AP

✅ Journalism Camp (radio broadcasting, and all editorial publication training)

✅ Arts, Photography, Painting and Drawing

✅ Guitar and Music Lessons

✅ Advance Tutorials for all subjects

✅ Review for Entrance Exams (Reg Sci, Phil Sci, Tertiary Exams)

At the end of the summer class, there will be an Awarding of Cert and Culminating Activity

IV. Proposed Summer Salary Standardization for Regular Teachers


All regular teachers will be paid during the 2 month period of Summer amounting to their present monthly salary during regular
classes.

Regular Teachers: (Bernard, Dave, Luri, Levi, Angel, Janine , Lianne, Sumra)

They will do during summer:

1. Conduct interview and assessment exams of all new students (all grade levels)

2. Assist in enrollment and all marketing activities (see marketing plan)

3. Prepare all academic requirements for next school year, assisting the principal

V. Additional Salary Scale System for regular Teachers

Regular Teacher- those who served the school in 3 years or more

Academic Qualifications

✅ Doctoral Degree- 7k, Masters Degree- 5k

✅ 45 units or more, CAR- 3K

✅ 18- 40 units- 2k

Length of Service

✅ 15 years or more- 7k

✅ 10 years or more- 5k

✅ 5 years or more- 3k

✅ 3 years or more- 1k

Performance Based Incentive Salary

(Based on the assessment of Principal and Academic Heads)

VII. Allocating Budget for CPD of Wadeford Teachers and Staff (100k) in a year
