COMMUNITY CARE WORKER

• Permanent part-time (minimum 10 hours per week)
Council’s Older Persons and Ability Support Service requires additional staff to meet growing service
delivery needs, providing in-home and community-based support for personal care, respite support and
domestic duties. This service is an integral part of Colac’s highly-regarded health and community services
sector with good opportunities for a rewarding career path in the aged and disability services field.
Your responsibilities will include supporting older people and people with a disability with personal care,
domestic tasks, attending appointments, participating in social activities and maintaining community
connections. This position has a strong focus on identifying personal strengths and building capacity to
support independence, wellbeing and community inclusion.

lives. You will be appreciated and work with people who value you. Positions are offered at permanent
part time, according to roster requirements. In addition to the hourly rate you will be reimbursed for
client related travel kilometres.

Pearces Access Road Bridge and Howells Access Road Bridge

Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced and qualified contractors for the design and construction
of single lane, reinforced concrete bridges on Pearces Access Road, over the Barham River north of Apollo Bay,
and on Howells Access Road, over Skenes Creek north of the community of Skenes Creek.

Design and Construct – Raffertys Road Bridge

Tenders are invited from experienced and qualified contractors to design and construct a single lane,
reinforced concrete bridge on Raffertys Road, over the Gellibrand River, east of Gellibrand.

and Operations depots.
