Enhancing Teaching Efficacy through the Lunduyan sa Kahusayan Program 4.

As an educator, I initially held the belief that my teaching experiences were

sufficient to classify me as a competent teacher. However, my participation in the

Lunduyan sa Kahusayan Program 4.2 significantly altered this perception by imparting

invaluable knowledge that has proven highly applicable in my teaching career. One

particular aspect that revolutionized my teaching approach was the Course 5 360

Degree Feedback Ecosystem, which provided crucial insights into enhancing students'

performance through effective feedback mechanisms.

The Lunduyan sa Kahusayan Program 4.2 served as a catalyst for broadening

my pedagogical horizons. While I had confidence in my teaching abilities, this program
