2. There was only one (1) bidder who submitted bidding documents and found to be
eligible; the Fortunetract Agro-Sales, Inc.

3. Fortunetract Agro-Sales, Inc. offered a bid of P1,680,000.00 as against the ABC which is
P1,700,000.00. Having no other bidders, the Bids and Awards Committee unanimously
awarded the bidded project to Fortunetract Agro-Sales, Inc.

4. May I request for the approval and signature of the Notice of Award for the supply &
delivery of One (1) unit Combine Harvester.

5. Further request favorable consideration.
