In my role, I am responsible for analyzing, planning, forecasting and supply for the demand of over
100,000 spare parts SKUs in the field. Additionally, I manage the establishment of a functional
infrastructure and lead system optimization projects in support of demand planning strategies and supply
chain developments. To track the performance of the spare parts management system, I create digital
dashboards to review and report on key business KPIs. Furthermore, as a key user, I am dedicated to
closely tracking developments within my department and utilizing continuously improve our current
processes.
