Looking at the first week, there are some interesting trends, like my obsession with the popcorns,
or other that with just this little period nobody will notice about it, that is the actual frequency
with that I lunch, some months ago I was avoiding that time to eat just because it coincidence with
the moment I could play chess.

Now with the sight on these moments when I ate junk food, there are less than few months ago,
situating on Thursday and Saturday is afternoon, if I can eliminate junk food I will increase the
good impact of exercise, even if now is very low. The other source of bad food comes from the

snack time, which probably has not fruits or nuts, knowing me it has sweet things or with
chemicals that are close to be venom to my body.

The responsibility of our lives is on our hands not in industries that just want to produce more
money at the expense of us.

I was pessimistic because I see my body in unhealthy conditions and I see that all the problem is
lack of discipline to follow my diet and the lack of sports practice.

Eating healthy can be easy ,we just to be smart enough.
