    SUBJECT : Rectification Works and Quality Assurance

    DATE : July 6, 2022

    As the primary person responsible for quality control and assurance in the Project Site, it is your
    responsibility to provide directions in all the activities in the site to be able to conform and
    comply to the expected quality of the results of these activities. It is hereby expected of you to:

     Check, at all times, the quality of workmanship of Linemen working at your


    Project Site.
     Ensure that all the items listed in the punchlists are addressed properly, taking
    into account timeliness of the delivery of action.

    After inspections have been done and the results indicated that works in the site need to be
    rectified, it is your duty to:

     Properly carry out, with the ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION TEAM, rectification


    works according to the standards set.
     Properly document all the rectifications works and its output.
     Conduct rectification works with a NEW CONSTRUCTION TEAM, if the initial
    rectification works are found unsatisfactory and due to the urgency of the
    completion of works. Ensure proper documentation of the costs incurred during
    the process and is chargeable to the original contract.
